Products & Certification
What size excavators does HERESTRONG manufacture?
Mini, compact, electric and mid-size excavators from 1 to 8 tonnes, covering construction, landscaping, demolition, utility work and agriculture.
Are your excavators CE certified?
Yes. CE certificates and EU Declarations of Conformity are available for every model. Request the documents for your model with your quotation.
Which engines do you use, and do they meet emission standards?
Engines from YANMAR, KUBOTA and KOOP, specified by model. All diesel models use EU Stage V engines and meet EPA Tier 4 Final. The HS12EV is battery-electric.
Do you have zero tail swing excavators?
Yes. The HS12U, HS18, HS28 and HS38 are zero tail swing models, so they can work close to walls and in confined spaces.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes. You are welcome to visit our factory and test the machines in person.
Ordering & Payment
What is the minimum order quantity?
One unit. You can start with a single machine.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T upon order confirmation and 70% balance by T/T before shipment. We also accept L/C, Western Union and XTransfer, with terms confirmed for each order.
How quickly will I receive a reply?
Our export team replies to every inquiry within 12 hours.
Shipping & Delivery
What is the delivery time?
Ready-to-ship units are available on selected models. For other orders, delivery is approximately 30–35 working days after receipt of deposit and order confirmation.
Which shipping terms do you offer?
We ship under FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP and other Incoterms through our experienced freight forwarding partners. Our own loading team secures and packs each machine for export.
Warranty & Support
What warranty do you provide?
24 months or 2,000 operating hours from the bill of lading (B/L) date, whichever comes first.
How do I get spare parts?
We provide fast spare parts supply, and every machine comes with a model-specific Spare Parts Catalog for easy ordering. Parts are shipped by international express, such as DHL and FedEx, so your machines get back to work quickly.
What documents come with each machine?
CE Certificate, Declaration of Conformity, Operation Manual and Spare Parts Catalog.
Dealers & OEM
Can you supply machines under our own brand?
Yes. Custom colours, decals and logo branding are available at no extra cost, with no minimum order quantity.
Do you protect your dealers?
Yes. We never sell directly to our dealers' customers, and new inquiries from your market are referred to you. Exclusive distribution agreements are available for qualified partners.
